Body Tempering

Body Tempering

Body tempering is an Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Technique to diffuse (disperse) tissue. The weight of the instrument relieves tightness involving fascia, muscle, veins, organs and nerves.  The concept was refined by Donnie Thompson, a famous powerlifter and the first human to lift 3,000 pounds total in the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

Body Tempering has proven to be one of the fastest ways to improve tissue health. We implement a host of techniques in combination with multiple body tempering instruments to produce fast and lasting results.

Pain pill:  This 44 lb. high-grade steel tool is highly effective as a body-tempering roller for the smaller extremities.

Boom stick: This 22 lb. high-grade steel tool is highly effective as a body-tempering roller for the smaller extremities.

Geisha Roller: The standard weight is the same as the Thompson X-Wife at 130lbs and is derived from the original body tempering concept.
