Dr. McCormick was born and raised in Johnston, Iowa. He attended the University of Northern Iowa where he majored in Biochemistry before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. He graduated from Palmer in February of 2020 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic receiving honors and was awarded the academic excellence award. Dr. McCormick has performed coursework for full body Active Release Technique provider. He also holds certifications in Dry Needling, Graston Technique as well as for McKenzie Method in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.

Being a Johnston native, Dr. McCormick is excited to stay in the area to help give back to the community that he grew up in. He is passionate about physical wellness and recognizes the importance of rehabilitation work to properly heal and continue to thrive.

Dr. McCormick enjoys spending time his wife and daughter when not busy around the office. He also is a avid gamer and movie buff.
